To create your workflow, you need to know its action and for this purpose we provide you with a list of events to set them up.

You must copy and paste the EVENT when creating your new Workflow in 4Escape

For your workflows to be triggered, they must be linked to a transactional email from your emailing platform using the ID (Mailjet or Sendinblue)

TIPS

1- You can assign a workflow to a room, a product... thanks to specific conditions (be warned that it is coding:D). See the dedicated article.

2- You can put emails in hidden copy (separate email addresses with commas without spaces)

3- You can create workflows (and therefore transactional emails) that are directly intended for you.

For example an internal reservation confirmation with only the information that interests you (customer information, date and time of reservation, name of the room ... without all the informative text for the customer)
