Create an internal email when a new reservation is made

You want to receive a confirmation of "new reservation" when a new booking is validated from 4escape.

When creating your workflow you will need to provide the following information:

  • Name (example): 4E - New booking

  • Event: booking:booked

  • In the field "By email to" you indicate an address of your escape to which will be redirected the alert "new reservation".

When is the booking:booked event triggered?

  • From your public portal, as soon as a reservation is made by a customer, you will receive the confirmation email of his reservation on an address you have indicated.

  • From your 4escape portal, in an order, then in the wizard. In special actions, you can trigger workflow to allow the booking email to be sent when the order is validated. This can be used for manual or counter control.

  • From your 4escape portal, on your schedule, by clicking on a reservation, then on game session, at the bottom, you can click on send the confirmation of the reservation.
