You can create different workflows (automatic emails) that will be triggered during events on your 4escape portal (reservation confirmation, sending of quotes, ...).
This is the ID provided by Mailjet that links your transactional email to the 4escape workflow. When the latter is triggered, the entered ID allows you to know which email should be sent.

From your admin at the top right, click on "Settings" :
Click on Workflows, then on New Workflow :
Give it a code, a name and an event (see the dedicated articles):
Once your workflow has been created, activate the sending by e-mail and enter the ID of the template provided by Mailjet:
Don't forget to save and activate the workflow :
