In addition to being informed by email, you can receive an SMS when a reservation is made, as soon as a product is ordered in order to support the notification.
Some Prerequisites :
From your mailing platform (Mailjet or Sendinblue) you will need to:
. Activate and send us an API or Token
. Credit your SMS account
From "Admin > Parameters > Templates", create a "Text Message" type template:
Write your message in "Body" by including the variables (as for the other templates) :
Locate the ID of your Template (in your url) because you will have to enter it in the new corresponding workflow :
Go back to "Admin> Settings" to create your Workflow as follows with the event: "booking: booked"
Check "By SMS" and paste the ID of your template as well as the telephone numbers (separated by a ",") of those who will receive the message (administrator, manager, GM ...) :
Don't forget to SAVE and ACTIVATE your workflow :
