You can define the profile of the 4escape users and edit the parameters of the settings and their level of access.
Click on admin, then on parameter
You have access to the profile button
You can then grant access according to the profiles:

WARNING
To allow your Gamemasters to create a reservation, you must give them access to the quote creation function.
You then click on company, to specify the members who use 4escape
You can create new members and/or modify the accesses of existing members
You can assign several profiles to your team members, so you give them access as provided in your settings.
