Offer your customers to create and use a loyalty card, in order to accumulate points and convert them into rewards.
From Admin > Customization> Orders tab and then "Loyalty card" block, you can decide to activate the following points:
Offer points for card creation
Conversion of amount into point
The accumulation of points on rooms and/or products
The accumulation of points all X orders
Points earned by anniversary date
Set up point calculation
From Admin > Customization > Orders:
To understand > 10 points every 60€, with 1 point = 1€
So 10 points = 10 €
Earning points
The loyalty card must be created before adding/paying a session for the system to start accumulating points.
Creation of virtual loyalty cards
From 4Escape and Menu > Loyalty Card:
You can create either:
- a card as the customer passes by
- multiple unassigned cards/QrCode
In the second case, you can already have cards printed with your design, generate several codes and print them on labels to put them on your cards.
By the customer at the time of the "Order summary":
Once the card is created, you will have access to:
- to the customer information
- to the card QrCode and its visual
- to the movements carried out
Conversion of points into coupons
By clicking on the QrCode from the map, it is possible to adjust the cursor to choose the number of points to convert:
By clicking on "Convert my points to coupon", a coupon code will be generated and usable directly.
By clicking on "Use this coupon", you switch to the booking calendar and the coupon will be applied to the order summary.
Movement tracking (accumulation/consumption)
Integrate a card template with built-in QrCode
The file must be named "subdomain.template.loyaltycard".
The variables to be integrated are:
- uuid for Card N°
- customer_name for holder name
- qrcode by embedding an image
