Offer your customers to create and use a loyalty card, in order to accumulate points and convert them in rewards.

General loyalty settings
From Admin > customization > tab "Orders" and block "Loyalty card", you can decide to set your loyalty management:
Enable point initialization at map creation + set number
Enable conversion of order amount into points
Take into account the room type and/or product lines
Convert amount to points
Enable the number of points per command + set the number
Enable the number of points by birthday date + set the number
1 point is equal to X amount (fixed amounts, without commas)
Activate the number of points per product and/or room

Loyalty points on rooms
In your Rooms > Edit, you will find a section "loyalty card" that will allow you to define the number of points earned if the room is ordered.
Loyalty points on products
In your Products > Edit, you will find a "loyalty card" section that will allow you to define the number of points earned if the product is ordered.
Your online loyalty shop
In your Products > Edit, you will find a section "loyalty card" that will allow you to make available a product in your loyalty shop (an intervention on the part of the 4escape team is necessary for the activation of the product in widget and/or the creation of a loyalty shop widget).
It will then be possible to define the points needed to acquire the product.
Example:
Percentage: The purchase of the coupon for the Sirena figurine costs 2000 points for a 10% discount on the figurine.
Amount: The purchase of the coupon of the Sirene figurine costs 2000 points for a discount of 10€ on the figurine.
The conversion mode for coupon generation is by default on "deduct percentage" at 100%. The purchase of the coupon for the Sirena figure costs 2000 points for a 100% discount on the figurine.
Customize my loyalty card design
From Admin > settings > PDF, you can independently add your loyalty card visual and integrate the variables you want.
Access a loyalty card back office
From Menu > Loyalty cards, you can access the listing of your customers with a loyalty card or create one manually.
Credit points manually
After accessing your customer’s loyalty card, you will have to go to "Movements" > "Add a movement".
