Ticketing mode activated!

More and more of you are developing your offers by offering specific rates (children, organisations, etc.), but also packages (session + products at a fixed price).

To do this, we have upgraded our product management to sell tickets and not just one single game session as before:

For example, not 1 single product session of 4 people for 100€, but 4 adult seats in peak hours at 25€ for an online amount of 100€ :

The objective is to quickly provide you with more details on the products sold, packages (ticket + birthday package = price), new statistics and also new accounting exports;)

For all those who wish to sell tickets at student, child, association or other rates, you can switch from the discount system to the new pricing system thanks to the following article Configure a price for a student rate and other category of players

Generate your Z ticket whenever you want!

Faced with your many forgetful returns (payments not entered the same day) or input errors (incorrect payment method), we have created a manual mode for Z tickets so that you can close your days whenever you want!

You can now do it in Company - Customization, choose the Z ticket mode (automatic or manual) to better control your closings, follow the article NEW: Generate Z tickets as you wish

Accounting sales journals!

In order to facilitate dialogue and integration into accounting software, we have developed the export of accounting sales journals for you. Enter your rooms/products, customers, accounting codes (411xxxxxx, 70xxxxx) on your rooms/products sheets and you're done!

Booking security margin and choice of payment amount when ordering online per room!

In order to be more precise in your activity, we let you differentiate the amount to be paid when ordering online (total payment, deposit,...) according to the rooms ! This is ideal for your temporary events! Please go to the room file to set this up ;)

We also enabled you to choose the reservation margin (delay in minutes or the customer will no longer be able to book a slot online), slot by slot, on each room schedule.

You want to cut the morning slots the day before at 7pm but not the afternoon ones? or do you want to differentiate by room? This feature is made for you!

Version 2 of the interface has been greatly improved thanks to your feedback! Multiple buttons and shortcuts have been added everywhere for better ergonomics and a better rendering on mobile phones. Adopt it and give us your feedback! The next developments will almost all be on the new interface

General messages when logging in! To facilitate communication and avoid uninformed users (not in our mailing list), we set up the possibility to send new messages at each login. It's impossible to miss information anymore!

Online booking, the customer will be redirected to the full public calendar page of 4escape (also personalized) in case of non-acceptance of third-party cookies and cookies by his browser in order to continue his online order.
