Thank you for your feedback! We have improved the following items for you:)

  • Small product icon in the schedule! Your customers order an anniversary package online, view it directly on the planning

  • Better update of invoice status! Any quotation/order placed in "Paid" will also have its invoices placed in paid status.

  • We now allow you to use decimal places for your down payment requests

  • For a better user experience when ordering, the choice of the customer category (adults, students,...) now appears the first time they land on the shopping cart page.

Additions

  • Listen, Support,... and Ticket! In order to improve our relationship and our listening skills, 4escape has equipped itself with a new ticketing tool and knowledge bases. A new icon? has appeared at the bottom right of your screen, we'll meet you there!

  • Small widgets have slipped into the Payments tab

  • Integration of translations on the Braintree payment brick

Modifications

  • From now on, payment statistics are based on the actual date of the bank's return and not the date of payment creation.

  • The statistics take into account the turnover on all fully paid quotations/orders, but also pending payment.

Corrections

  • Feedback on the Braintree payment brick have been addressed

  • The status of quotations/orders is now better calculated.

  • Fixes and display improvements

Next step? We are we working on:

  • Updating the 4escape app

  • RGPD, yes, you're not done hearing about it :)

  • Redesign and improvement of the quotation assistant

  • Management of employee schedules (finally!)

  • And of course other surprises or feedback;)
