How to cancel/refund a booking?

Do you want to cancel and / or refund a reservation? You can do it simply, and if you want, automatically generate a coupon.

  • From the planning, click on the reservation then on "Actions" and "Cancel and / or refund the session" :

If you want to "Generate a coupon":

You will need to enter the amount of the coupon, in whole or in part, AND confirm the cancellation of the session.

If you want to refund your customer:

You will need to enter the refund amount, in whole or in part, AND confirm the cancellation of the session.

In the case of a refund by bank transfer or credit card, this manipulation must be done from your banking interface to credit the customer.


IMPORTANT: so that any coupons and / or gift vouchers are credited, do not forget to tick the corresponding box. They will then be usable again.

You can send an automatic email as soon as you cancel a reservation from the general planning.

The email that will leave will indicate the date of the initial reservation to confirm its cancellation.
