It often happens that the group size of a reservation is changed. One more player, two less, you can easily handle this in 4escape.
Make sure that all the prices are created> dedicated article
From the schedule, click on the time slot corresponding to the reservation:
Click on the "Change the number of players" button and make the adjustment.
If you remove a player, the software offers to generate a coupon for the over payment:
If you add a player, the software notifies you that there is a balance due:
