Employee Planning/HR Management Workflows (PAYABLE OPTION)

Within the framework of the activation of the New Employee Planning (PAYABLE OPTION), new workflows will have to be set up.

Unlike those already in place, these workflows will be tagged "System Workflows", which means :

- management by us via another platform

- internal notifications requiring no customisation

- no special conditions to be set up


The new ones will be activated according to your uses:

  • 4E - Alert when a GM is assigned a booking

Triggered when a GM is assigned to a booking.

It is essential to enter an email in the Recipient field

  • 4E - Alert when a new booking is made

Triggered when the Admin wishes to warn his Available or On-call GMs

To the selected GMs (check the emails in the member files)

  • 4E - Send employee schedule

Triggered when the Admin wishes to send the schedules to the GMs

To the selected GMs (check the emails in the member files)

  • 4E - Alert when a GM adds a slot/availability

Triggered when a GM adds an availability to the schedule

For the Admin, it is essential to enter an email in the Recipient field

  • 4E - Alert when a GM updates a slot

Triggered when a GM updates an availability on the schedule

For the Admin, it is necessary to enter an email in the Recipient field
