Multiple GM changes
Allows you to apply changes to multiple GMs at the same time.
Notify my GMs
Allows you to send a notification by email and/or SMS to GMs whose availability is "Presence confirmed for a session (active blocking)" and/or "On call (active blocking)".
Print or Send
You will be able to download in PDF format then print the schedules or individual sheets, choose the period and the format:
You can also send schedules by e-mail to employees by selecting them from the list:
Please make sure that each member has a valid email in their file.
Export
It is possible to export the attendance reports in Excel format:
- By day, week or month
- For one or more employees
