The Employee Schedule offers 2 new views:
Week view
The number of reservations for all rooms is displayed below the day. When it is displayed in red, it means that a reservation is not assigned to a GM.
You can then click on it to open a window which will allow you to know which room it corresponds to.
Monthly display
Displays the total number of bookings per room
Displays the number of hours per member
In addition to the choice of Day, Week or Monthly view, you can switch between the new views to better visualise the schedule:
The names of the members can be clicked to go directly to their file and you will be able to see the number of hours worked according to the number of contractual hours.
Display by availability
Display by task
The task can be assigned to the slot for addition or modification.
