From the INFOS tab, you can send the thank you email (with the photo) provided:
- to have entered or modified the information of the participants
- to have taken the photo (and that it is not too large)
- to have changed the status of the session to "Session terminated"
Be careful to check the information "Mission successful" and "100% satisfaction", especially if you condition the sending of the email.
Depending on what is checked, you will have a visual reminder of the booking information:
When sending the thank you email, you can select the recipients:
