This menu is visible once you have activated the Employee Planning / Management option.
You can access it either from the menu at the top left or from the agent icon at the bottom right.
As a GM, you will be able to see your week :
You will be able to see there:
- your assignments to sessions
- your task assignments
- your availability
You can switch via the icon
or
(top right) to switch to the calendar view:
It is from the calendar that you can create and / or add an availability (provided you have the rights) :
