How to set up the calendar and customer order?

4Escape gives you the possibility to customize the appearance of both your Back-Office and Front-Office.

BACK-OFFICE

This is your tool, from which you log in to manage your business.

FRONT-OFFICE

This is what your customers see such as your website, booking calendar, and store.


From Admin> Personalization you will have access to different tabs allowing you to apply your graphic charter :

Styles and Scripts

  • General> application of your colors + background image

  • Header & Footer> for Calendar & Shop plugin

  • Various colors> to differentiate between controls, blocks, etc.

  • Styles and scripts> apply your css

  • Google tracking

Calendar / Shop

  • Layout> basically your calendar and possibility to add texts above and below

  • Time slots> to differentiate the different slot status (available, reserved ...)

  • Shop> adding a title and / or texts

Ordered

  • Share the bill> following our activation allows you to activate and configure it (see the dedicated article)

  • To the order summary> personalize the information requested from customers who book

  • General> allows you to display other items in the order summary

  • Deadlines and dates> management of different deadlines (payments, safety margins, etc.)

  • Last minute slots> activation of the option to display the "Available on call"

  • Shopping cart> informs the customer who reserves on different premises

  • Payment link> expiration time when sending

  • Resource management (Employee Planning)> activation and configuration of the option

  • Gift vouchers / coupons> management of their consumption

  • Special conditions of sale> to be entered if in addition to the GTC and GDPR

  • Acknowledgments> adding a personalized text following their purchase

  • Online cancellations by the customer> activation and configuration

  • Redirects> entering different URLs

  • Internationalization

Orders and Invoices

  • Orders> allows the coding of the numbering and the display of lines constituting the orders / quotes

  • Invoices> allows the coding of the numbering
