You can modify the information requested from customers when booking online, from Admin> Personalization> Orders :
You can then check what you want to request :
participant information (optional)
team name (optional)
display mode of the customer information block
phone number
the civility of the client
customer's street
the customer's additional address
customer's postal code
customer's city
the customer's department
the customer's country
how the customer got to know you
For this last information, you can add / modify the list of proposals (sources) :
